2 Install and Uninstall

2.1 Install

Move application files to the directory you would like.

2.2 Uninstall

Quit the application and delete the related files.

2.3 Remarks

This application does not modify the registry.

3 How to Use

3.1 Overview

This application provide examinations in the question-per-answer style.

3.2 Basics

This is how to start an examination:
  1. Click the menu "File | Open" and select a data file. (This package has a sample file "Sample.csv". Select it if you don't have any.)
  2. Click the menu "File | Start".
  3. Set your answer in the edit area "Answer" and press the enter key.

3.3 Controls

Question is shown.
Answer:
Set your answer.
Log area:
The log of an examination is shown.

3.4 Remarks

3.4.1 Data File in the Text Format

You can make a data file in the text format with a text editor. Put questions and answers line by line in turn. To set answers to a question, start each answer with a tab character. The file extension should be "txt". See also the sample file that comes with this application.

3.4.2 Data File in the CSV Format

You can make a data file in the comma separated values (CSV) format with a text editor. Put a question and answers in a line. Values must be separated by commas. The value that contains double-quotation marks or commas must be quoted by double-quotation marks. The file extension should be "csv". See also the sample file that comes with this application.

3.4.3 Text Size of the Log Area

On Windows 9x, the log area can contains text up to 32 kilobytes around.
