3-1. Overview

Gets, sets and synchronizes file times.

Featuring functions are Get, Set, Sync and Properties.
 

3-2. Get Function

Gets file times. Drop files and folders into Get area. File paths are sorted in dictionary order and registered as Get data.
 

3-3. Set Function

Sets file times. Drop files and folders into Set area. File paths are sorted in dictionary order and set average file times of Get data.

To see average file times, use Properties function.
 

3-4. Sync Function

Synchronizes file times. Drop files and folders into Sync area. File paths are sorted in dictionary order and set file times of Get data.

Item count of source and target must be same. Because file paths at the identical index are paired to synchronize.
 

3-5. Properties Function

Show properties of Get data or dropped files and folders. Time expression is "Year-Month-Day Hour:Minute:Second.Milliseconds".

To show properties of Get data, click Functions-Properties menu.
To show properties of files and folders, drop ones in the area where is not Get, Set and Sync.
 

3-6. Controls on Window

Get Area: To process Get, drop files and folders here.
Set Area: To process Set, drop files and folders here.
Sync Area: To process Sync, drop files and folders here.
Other Area: To process Properties, drop files and folders here.
CR Time: Allow to modify creation time.
LW Time: Allow to modify last write time.
LA Time: Allow to modify last access time.
Subdirs: Allow to process subdirectories.
Directories: Allow to process directories.
Any Attr: Allow to process items of any file attribute. Normalize file attributes while Set/Sync.

Functions
    New Window: Open another window.
 -
    Undo: Undo last Set/Sync.
    Redo: Redo last Set/Sync.
    Copy Error Log: Copy error log to clipboard.
    Properties: Show properties of Get data.

    Options
        Clear Undo/Redo Data: Clear Undo/Redo data.
        Clear Get Data: Clear Get data.
        -
        Menu Icons: Use menu icons.
        Swap Panels: Swap panels.
        Status Bar: Use status bar.
        Topmost: Keep window topmost.
        Last Position: Show window at last position.
        -
        Default: Apply default settings.
    Exit: Quit the application.
Help
    Help: Show help.

    Tips: Show tips.
    About: Show information about this application.
 

3-8. Tips

To cancel the process, press Escape key.
To show Properties of Get data, double-click the status bar.
 

3-9. Remarks

On a FAT file system, there are limitations as following.

  Precision of last write time is two seconds.
  Can't modify the file time of directories.
