Usage
Applications
Add
To add applications, do as follows:

Select "Use" in "Application".
-
Right-click the list following "Use" in "Application" to show a menu.

Click "Organize" on the menu to open the "Applications" folder.
-
Add shortcut files of the concerned applications to the folder.
-
Right-click the list following "Use" in "Application" to show a menu.
-
Click "Update" on the menu.
Note: The working directory and window size properties set in the shortcut
files are used to execute documents.
Remove
To remove applications, do as follows:
-
Select "Use" in "Application".
-
Right-click the list following "Use" in "Application" to show a menu.
-
Click "Organize" on the menu to open the "Applications" folder.
-
Remove shortcut files of the concerned applications from the folder.
-
Right-click the list following "Use" in "Application" to show a menu.
-
Click "Update" on the menu.
Use or Not
If "Use" in "Application" is selected, the specified application is used
to execute documents. Otherwise, the default action on each document is
performed. Those actions are identical to ones that is invoked by double-clicking
documents.
Documents
Add
To add documents, do as follows:

Right-click the list in "Documents" to show a menu.

Click "Add" and "Files" on the menu to show a file dialog.
-
Choose the concerned documents.
Remove
To remove documents, do as follows:
-
Select the concerned documents in "Documents".
-
Right-click the list in "Documents" to show a menu.
-
Click "Remove" and "Selected" on the menu.
Execution
To start execution, do as follows:
-
Select the application to execute documents with.
-
Add the documents to execute.
-
Click "Execute".
Progress Dialog
The commands on the progress dialog work as follows:
-
Unmark
-
Clear the result of the current document.
-
Skip Wait
-
Do not wait for the termination of the current document. And execute the
next one immediately.

Pause
-
Pause the task.
-
Resume
-
Resume the task. This command is available when the task is paused.
-
Cancel
-
Cancel the task.
Task Examples
Compress Files Separately
To compress files separately, do as follows:

Select "Use" in "Application".
-
Add an application to compress with.
-
Select the application.
-
Add the files to compress.
-
Click "Execute".
Uncompress Files
To uncompress files, do as follows:

Clear "Use" in "Application".
-
Add the files to uncompress.
-
Click "Execute".
Note: Before performing the task, ensure that the file name extensions
of the documents are associated with some applications.
Open Text Files
To open text files, do as follows:
-
Clear "Use" in "Application".
-
Add the text files to open.
-
Click "Execute".
Note: Before performing the task, ensure that the file name extensions
of the documents are associated with some applications.
